Our Junior B footballers were very unlucky to lose out by a single point to Kilmacabea second team in a league game last Friday evening on a score of 1-12 to 2-10.

Hurling - Junior A

The Junior Hurlers were defeated 06-09 to 02-13 in a league game away to St Marys last Saturday night and there is no confirmed date, time and venue yet for their eagerly awaited losers round championship fixture versus Dohenys in the Championship.

Bandon GAA club extends sincere congratulations to Teddy Buckley upon his success in the Golf Competition at the Special Olympics Ireland held in Limerick Junction on last Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

He achieved a brilliant bronze medal and special mention must also go to his other fellow West Cork athletes, coaches and volunteers who ensured that the event was such a resounding success. 

There were great scenes of joy upon Teddys home-coming at the previous ESB offices on Sunday evening.

Junior B footballers host Tadgh MacCarthaighs in a JBFL game at 8.00 p.m this coming Friday evening 

Junior A footballers play host to Kilmacabea on next Sunday with a 2.00 p.m. throw-in. 

Under 12 Football League Castlehaven v Bandon on Monday 23rd June at 7.30 p.m. 

Under 16 hurlers host Clonakilty on Monday 23rd June at 7.30 p.m also.
