Monday 21st May
Venue : Ballinspittle
Courcey Rovers 2-15 Bandon 2-3
Scorers
Stephen Murphy 2-1
Gearoid Murphy 0-2

Report
This was Bandons fifth game in the league having had two wins and two losses so far. Courceys came into the game unbeaten after 3 high scoring victories. The first half was very close with both teams even, a goal just before half time by Courceys put them a goal ahead at half time. Stephen Murphy was very much involved in first half bagging 2-1.
The second half was disappointing for Bandon as they failed to score while their opponents hit 9 unanswered points. Bandon had a full squad except Adam Barry and John Buckley who were injured.

Saturday 26th May
Venue : Ballinora
Ballinora 0-10 Bandon 0-4
Scorers
Stephen Murphy 0-3
Jack Cullinane 0-1

Report
Like the Courceys game the first half was very close with Ballinora leading 0-8 to 0-2 at half time. The Bandon defence was excellent, most of scores were frees for Ballinora.
The second half again was very close with both teams scoring only two points each.
Jack Cullinane and Cillian O Mahony excelled in a great defensive performance. Ballinora had come into this game after scoring 19 goals in their last 3 matches.
Unfortunately Bandon were unable to take a number of storable chances and the forwards struggled to make an impact. Bandon were again without Adam Barry, also missing were the influential pair Rory Golden & Gearoid Murphy.

The second half was dominated by Bandon who performed much better in this half, goals by sub Adam Barry and Stephen Murphy ended the contest. The defence was excellent as usual limiting Ahan Gaels to just 7 points.

Same as above

Group 3
Tuesday 29th May
Venue : Bandon
Bandon (2) 1-5 Kilmichael 2-14
Scores
Ronan Ahern 1-1
Adam Kelly 0-2
Kevin O Connell 0-1
Zack Doyle 0-1

This was Bandons fourth game of the league and confidence was high going into the game after winning their last two games. Kilmichael were topping the group coming into this match. The first half was even with both sides scorers 4 points each. Krill Kaprova in goal was excellent in first half as were the Minihane twins.
The second half again was close and Bandon lead by 4 points following a goal by Ronan Ahern but unfortunately the last ten minutes belonged to Kilmichael. They took their chances while Bandon missed a number of clear goal chances. Kilmichael ran out easy winners in the end and probably were deserving winners. The final score however did not give an accurate account of the game.
