On last Friday night Bandon Underage GAA Club held a very successful and well attended Awards night for the Under 11s to Under 16 teams.  Guest speakers were Pat Prendergast,  Darren Crowley and Colman O’Mahony.

Team managers Niall Geary (U11), Neily Hallahan (U12), Ken Desmond (U13), Finbarr Lynch (U14) and Seamus Daly (U16) spoke about their teams achievements during 2016.

Tim Twohig, U14 Bandon Captain, made presentation to Finbarr Lynch, John Collis and Ian Doyle in appreciation for coaching the U14 Hurling County Championship winners (2^nd  picture below)

In other news, the club congratulates former underage player Conor Hourihane on his great achievement of being transferred from Barnsley FC to Aston Villa FC in the English Championship for a six figure sum.
