Report

Killara Og had one exceptional forward who scored all of his teams 7 points in the first half, all bar one were from placed balls. Bandon only scored one free from Adam Barry in first half. On a heavy pitch Bandon played much better in second half despite conceding a goal in the first minute of second half. Goals from Adam Barry from a free and Jack McNamara kept Bandon in touch. But Kilara Og defense was immense and a few late points sealed victory for them.

Report

Bandon started slowly but soon got into a rhythm and scored 4-8 before half time to Bantrys 1-4. The backs were tight and the forwards combined with great effect. Bandon made a number of changes at half time and scored a fifth goal shortly after the restart. As you are not allowed to score more than 5 goals Jan this competition Bandon had a number of goals disallowed as Bantry brought there goalie outfield. The game fizzled out and Bandon only added 1-2 in the second half, Bantry scoring two late consolation goals.
